In this video, Lisa Silva from New Bedford Massachusetts is falsely arrested and the police officers continue to use unneeded force after she tells the New Bedford police officers she has suffered from three strokes and that she is unsteady on her feet do to her strokes and she had brain surgery and her muscles in her arms would not relax as they tried to relieve her arm and they pushed the flash light into her back making large bruises and spraining her wrist of the right arm.
