I have given up on trying to get any fairness from the Massachusetts SJC. Though I will continue to apply for reinstatement to Massachusetts as a matter of principle because it is the right and moral action, I have now filed in federal district court here in Massachusetts to try to get some semblance of fairness from the BBO.
